1. Who we are
Torr Property Group Ltd ("TPG", "we", "us", "our") provides fully managed short-let and Airbnb property management for landlords and property owners. This policy explains how we collect and use your personal information when you request a free income review through our landing page, or interact with our adverts. We are the data controller for the information you give us, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

2. The information we collect
When you request a free income review, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Details about your property: its location or postcode, property type, number of bedrooms, whether you own it, and whether it is currently tenanted.
- Photographs of your property that you choose to upload.
- Information about how you reached us, for example whether you came from a Facebook or Instagram advert, plus standard technical and cookie data (see section 7).
3. How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To prepare and deliver your free income review and to contact you about it. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent given when you submit the form.
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss our management service with you. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask about our services.
- To measure and improve our advertising. Lawful basis: your consent to cookies and our legitimate interest in running effective advertising.
We only contact you about your income review and our management service. We do not sell your information to anyone.
4. Your property photographs
The photos you upload are used only to assess your property accurately for your income review and to discuss management with you. We store them securely, and we delete them when they are no longer needed or sooner if you ask.
5. Who we share it with
We use trusted providers who process information on our behalf under contract so we can run our business, including our customer relationship and marketing platform (HubSpot), our website and form hosting, and advertising platforms (Meta, which owns Facebook and Instagram). We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Property photos are deleted when they are no longer needed for your review.
7. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our landing page uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel and similar technologies to measure how our adverts perform and, where you consent, to show you relevant adverts. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email contact@torrpropertygroupltd.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always appear on this page.
